Juan Diego Academy Early Registration Deadline Approaching
Juan Diego Academy in Mission looks forward to welcoming graduating 8th graders from our Catholic schools to become the freshman class. We have had a great opening year, and as we look ahead to the fall, we are excited about breaking ground for our gymnasium, the addition of basketball and soccer to our sports program, continuing our commitment to utilize the latest technology through laptop computers for each student, and building on our commitment to academic excellence as we train the future leaders of our Church and community.
In order to secure the materials (including laptop computers) needed for the beginning of school on August 20, we need to have all enrolling students complete the registration process by Friday, June 8. Registration forms can be downloaded from our web site: JuanDiegoAcademy.org. If you require any assistance with the registration process please contact us at 583-2752.

Box Tops for Education - UPDATE
Our Lady of Sorrows School is making an effort to help our school through the Box Tops for Education Program. Check back for updates!
- Every Box Top counts! We rank #3 out of 156 schools in our area! OLS has raised a total of 6 thousand dollars this year! Thank you all for making it possible!
- The winner of the of the Outback fieldtrip is Ms. Saenz' class with 3,202 Box Tops. Current winning classes are:
- 2nd place with 2,815 Box Tops is Ms. Quintanilla.
- 3rd place with 689 Box Tops is Miss Turbay.
- 4th place with 590 Box Tops is Ms. Espinosa.
- 5th place with 560 Box Tops is Sister Olivia.

New Mass Booklets
On November 27 the Catholic church will officially switch over to a new translation for many of the responses used at Mass. We have a limited supply of booklets that will walk you through the changes so you will be fully prepared to participate with the new translation. These booklets may be purchased for one dollar in the front office. Please call or come by, or call Mr. De La Rosa for more information.
